Recently, Cepai Group successfully delivered a complete set of
wellhead devices and oil & gas production trees to Sonatrach, the national oil giant of Algeria! The delivery scale is huge, including 131 sets of core wellhead devices and oil & gas production trees, covering 1,337 sets of valves, 131 sets of tubing crosses, 893 pieces of various flanges and other key components, and equipped with 77 sets of advanced remote control systems, with a total of 462 product packaging boxes used. All products are meticulously designed and strictly comply with international stringent standards such as
API 6A and NACE MR 0175, ensuring absolute reliability and safety in Algeria's complex oil and gas exploitation environment, and providing strong guarantee for Sonatrach to improve production efficiency and operational safety.
Looking back at the project process, the Cepai team showed extraordinary combat effectiveness:
- October 2023: Launched the bidding and faced difficulties head-on.
- June 2024: After multiple rounds of fierce competition and rigorous evaluation, it defeated numerous competitors and successfully won the order!
- October 2024: The contract was officially finalized.
- February 2025: The project was approved, and the production battle was fully launched!
However, the production road was not smooth. In the hot summer of 2025, heat waves swept through, and the temperature in the production workshop repeatedly exceeded 40 degrees Celsius, like a huge steamer. But for the commitment to customers and the honor of Cepai, all employees were full of fighting spirit, and no one flinched!
Front-line employees: Their work clothes were repeatedly soaked with sweat, and big beads of sweat slid down their cheeks, dripping on the scalding equipment and evaporating instantly. Nevertheless, they kept their eyes sharp, focused, operated the equipment precisely, carefully checked the size and quality of each part, and integrated the belief of "zero defects" into every operation.
Senior leadership example: Senior leaders of Cepai Group, such as Chen Hongkun, Deputy General Manager and Director of Wellhead Business Department, Wang Yingyan, Executive Deputy General Manager, and Wan Lirong, Secretary of the Party Branch, along with various departments, always fought side by side with the front-line soldiers. They went deep into the "battlefield" many times, witnessed the touching scenes of employees sweating profusely and sticking to their posts in extreme weather, and were deeply moved. Chairman Liang Guihua said, "This is the 'golden key' for us to open the North African market. Government care warms people's hearts: Under the scorching sun, Comrade Xu Jiaye, Mayor of Jinhu County, cared about the front-line staff, and personally led the trade union staff to specially send a heavy "cool" gift - carefully prepared heatstroke prevention and cooling materials. Mayor Xu not only brought the deep condolences from the county Party committee and government, but also earnestly urged everyone on the scene to pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling, take care of their health, and combine work and rest. Local support adds coolness: At the same time, the government of Tajie Town also acted quickly to send sweet and juicy watermelons and other cool and refreshing materials. This thoughtful support from the local government further alleviated the summer heat.
Strong logistics support: The company's logistics department was fully mobilized and did its best: expedited delivery of ice cubes to the site, added powerful ventilation and cooling equipment, regularly supplied cold and delicious popsicles and iced mung bean soup, arranged afternoon tea and a series of efficient and thorough measures. The only goal was to do our best to create a more comfortable and safe working environment for every employee, so that everyone could work healthily and at ease in the production battle.
Technical experts: At the same time, the elite technical personnel also worked day and night. To ensure that the products were perfect and fully met the design standards and the strict requirements of customers, they repeatedly studied the drawings, checked the data, raced against time to overcome technical difficulties in production, and used their professionalism and wisdom to guarantee product quality.
