When the valve is closed, the butterfly plate is tightly attached to the valve seat, forming a metal hard seal or a soft hard composite seal. Even when facing high pressures above 10MPa, it can achieve a nearly zero leakage sealing effect. At the same time, the valve body and butterfly plate are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and duplex steel, supplemented by hard alloy welding technology, which can work stably in the extreme temperature range of -196 ℃ to 600 ℃, and can handle various media such as steam, acid and alkali solutions, and natural gas with ease. ​
