Pneumatic O-type ball valves, as important valves for fluid control in the industrial field, play a crucial role in many industries.

When the valve loses air, it will automatically be fully open or fully closed to ensure safety; When the dual action loses air, the valve maintains its current position.

Its working principle is driven by gas source pressure. After receiving the control signal, the actuator converts the gas source pressure into torque, which acts on the piston. When the torque is greater than the reverse torque of the valve stem, the valve stem drives the ball to rotate to about 90 °, completing the valve opening and closing and accurately controlling the fluid flow.

Pneumatic O-type ball valves have significant advantages. In terms of performance, the straight through cast valve body is matched with a hardened spherical surface, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life, high flow capacity, and low flow resistance; During operation, the action is reliable, the response is rapid, and the fluid can be quickly cut off or opened; In terms of control, the control system is relatively simple, making it easy to achieve automation and remote control. In addition, it has excellent sealing performance and a variety of sealing materials to choose from, effectively preventing fluid leakage.

In terms of specifications, the nominal diameter is generally between DN15 and DN450, the nominal pressure is PN16-64MPa, and the applicable temperature varies depending on the sealing type.

In the petrochemical industry, it can withstand harsh working conditions and accurately control the transportation of raw materials and products; In natural gas transportation, the airflow can be quickly cut off to ensure safety; In industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, sanitary grade pneumatic O-type ball valves meet the requirements of high cleanliness fluid control.
