Cepai Group has no relationship of any form with Anhui Ceopa Instrument Co., Ltd. The two parties are completely independent in all aspects, including legal entities, equity structures, actual controllers, corporate governance, management systems, brand ownership, core businesses, technological research and development, market channels, and supplier systems. They are neither affiliated nor interfere with each other.

Cepai Group is a large enterprise group established in accordance with the law and operating independently. All business activities of the Group are conducted in the name of "Cepai Group" or the brands of its legally registered and owned subsidiaries. Anhui Ceopa Instrument Co., Ltd. is not a member enterprise, subsidiary, branch, or affiliated company of the Group.
