"This is an intelligent flexible manufacturing system," an operator said while inputting instructions into an automated device in the production workshop. After the instructions were entered, the automatic production line started processing, and upon completion of the procedures, the products were automatically transferred to designated locations. "Since 2018, the group has invested an additional 200 million yuan in technological transformation and upgrading of the factory, introducing high-precision equipment from Finland, Japan, and Germany, and building the longest flexible automated production line in the Asia-Pacific region. We have improved production capacity by replacing manual labor with machinery and upgraded quality by replacing production lines with advanced equipment," introduced Guo Lianhui, the personnel supervisor of the administrative management center of Cepai Group Co., Ltd. In 2022, Cepai achieved full 5G coverage in its industrial area. Through IoT (Internet of Things) technology, it realized interconnection between all factory equipment and information systems, and built the Cepai Industrial Internet Platform. With the MES platform as the core, it achieved transparency in the production process and refinement in production management. It also integrated the QMS platform to collect real-time quality data throughout the product lifecycle, enabling full traceability of product quality. Through the integration of ERP, PLM, SRM and other systems, it conducts comprehensive and scientific management of the entire lifecycle of the company's products.
