The fixed ball valve is a crucial device in the field of fluid control, standing out for its unique structural design and outstanding performance. This valve features a structure where the ball is fixed while the seats are floating. When subjected to medium pressure, the seats automatically press against the ball, creating a bi-directional seal that effectively prevents medium leakage. Its sealing performance can meet the requirements of API 6D standards. The surface of the ball undergoes hardening treatment and is paired with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant seat materials, such as PTFE or metal alloys, enabling stable operation under high-pressure, high-temperature, and highly corrosive conditions, and ensuring a long service life.

During operation, the valve stem is driven by a handle, worm gear, or electric and pneumatic actuators, causing the ball to rotate 90° to achieve full open or full close positions. The valve offers rapid opening and closing with low operating torque. Thanks to its high flow capacity and low flow resistance coefficient, the fixed ball valve is widely used in industries such as oil and gas pipelines, chemical engineering, and urban gas distribution. It can precisely control the flow rate of the medium and performs exceptionally well in emergency shut-off and regulation scenarios, serving as a core component to ensure the safe and efficient operation of industrial pipeline systems.
