The sealing mechanism of the hard sealed fixed ball valve is unparalleled. The sealing surfaces of the sphere and valve seat are made of metal material and undergo special hardening treatment, such as supersonic spraying, hard alloy spray welding, etc. The surface hardness can reach HRC60 or above, and even HRC74. This hard hitting sealing method endows the valve with strong wear and erosion resistance, making it easy to handle media containing solid particles and high flow rates, such as mineral slurry pipelines in mines. Particle media cause significant wear on the valve, while hard sealed fixed ball valves can effectively resist erosion and ensure sealing performance with their hard sealing surfaces. At the same time, some valves also adopt patented sealing structures with disc springs or spring loading, which can cleverly absorb the thermal expansion of components at high temperatures, prevent the ball and valve seat from locking due to thermal expansion, and ensure the flexible opening and closing of valves under high temperature conditions. The applicable temperature can reach up to 550 ℃ or even higher.
