A pneumatic fluorine-lined control valve is a specialized flow control device designed for highly corrosive media. Driven by compressed air, it receives 4-20mA electrical signals or 0.02-0.1MPa pneumatic signals to actuate the valve plug, enabling precise regulation of fluid flow. The valve body, plug, and seat are coated with fluoropolymers like polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which resist almost all strong acids, alkalis, and oxidants, operating stably within -30°C to 70°C.

This valve features bidirectional zero-leakage sealing in compliance with ANSI B16.104 Class VI standards, effectively preventing leakage of toxic or corrosive media. With intelligent positioners, it achieves ±1% flow control accuracy. Widely applied in chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental, and semiconductor industries, it plays a critical role in scenarios such as chlor-alkali production, high-purity reagent delivery, and wastewater treatment, ensuring safe and stable operations in harsh corrosive environments.
