Structure: Pneumatic Sleeve Control Valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve core, sleeve and pneumatic actuator. The body and bonnet are usually made of cast iron or steel and have a high pressure resistance. The spool and sleeve are made of stainless steel and have good corrosion resistance.
Working principle: The working principle of the pneumatic sleeve regulating valve is to control the movement of the valve core through the pneumatic actuator, so as to change the gap between the valve core and the sleeve, and then adjust the fluid flux. When the pneumatic actuator receives the control signal, the piston in the pneumatic actuator moves and drives the movement of the valve core by controlling the pressure and flow of the air source.
