Trunnion Ball Valves feature large flow capacity, compact structure, good sealing performance and long service life. 1．Ball valves adopts side entry trunnion ball structure,which are compact, lightweight, easy to install and maintain, and has a small switching torque.
2．The sealing areas of the valve seat hole and the valve stem hole are overlaying with CRA material, and the main sealing elements use LIP SEAL elastic energy storage rings, enabling the valve to be used for a long time in highly corrosive conditions.
3．The valve stem is designed with a anti-blowout structure.
4．The valve meets the requirements of fire-safe and anti-static design.
5．The valve is equipped with a padlock and an open/close position status indicator device.
6．The pressure-bearing and pressure-control components of the valve are analyzed by finite element stress analysis, and the overall strength is optimized. Meanwhile, the machining accuracy of each sealing component is high, meeting the requirements of high-pressure gas tightness testing.
