DBB MONOFLANGE Needle Valve is mainly used in petroleum, refining, metallurgy and chemical pipeline for pressure measurement, sampling and other functions.

2．Adopting the design of main valve + auxiliary valves. The main valve can shut off all outlets, and two auxiliary valves respectively control the outlet end and the discharge end.
3．Using LIP SEAL sealing ring. The LIP SEAL sealing ring has excellent corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and anti-aging life. At the same time, it reduces the operating torque of the valve by approximately 1/2.
4．The valve needle and valve seat sealing surface are made of STL hard alloy, with a surface hardness not lower than HRC38. It can resist the high-pressure medium erosion from the pipeline containing particles and can be used online for a long time.
