Dual Plate Check Valve is an automatic valve designed to prevent the backflow of medium, its main principle is to utilize the reverse flow of the medium fluid to push the valve disc to close, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing the backflow of medium, which is widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, electric power, metallurgy and other required occasions.

. Main Technology/Construction Features1．Valves adopt an internal structure without any external leakage points.
2．The wall thickness of the valve body can be customized according to user requirements, and it can meet the maximum corrosion resistance of 6mm working conditions.
3．The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are welded with STL alloy, which has strong resistance to medium erosion.
4．For valves larger than 4 inches, each valve disc is designed with an independent spring preload to ensure reliable sealing and a leakage rate that can meet the requirements of ISO 5208 CLASS B or lower leakage levels.
5．The valve is designed with lifting lugs, facilitating the lifting of the valves.
