.Main Technology/Construction Features1．Integrated valve body and top entry trunnion ball design. The structure is compact, with few leakage points in the valve body and reliable sealing. It is possible to repair the valve online, greatly saving maintenance time.
2．The main sealing elements adopt LIP SEAL sealing rings. LIP SEAL sealing rings have excellent corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and anti-aging life.
3．The sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are super sonic sprayed with tungsten carbide alloy (TC), with a surface hardness of no less than HV1150. They can resist the erosion of high-pressure media containing particles in the pipeline and be used online without maintenance for a long time.
4．The valve stem is designed with a anti-blowout structure.
5．The valve meets the requirements of fire-safe and anti-static design.
6．The valve is equipped with a padlock and an open/close position status indicator device.
7．The pressure-bearing and pressure-control components of the valve are analyzed by finite element stress analysis, and the overall strength is optimized. Meanwhile, the machining accuracy of each sealing component is high, meeting the requirements of high-pressure gas tightness testing.
